Products and safe use

Product pages describe the item, size and options available. Please select the correct option and read the product label, ingredients, directions and warnings before use. Images are illustrative; screen colours and packaging presentation can vary. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Prices and payment

The currency, item prices, applicable taxes we collect and delivery charges are displayed before you pay. Any promotion is subject to the conditions shown with the offer. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Please check your basket, contact details and delivery address carefully.

Placing an order

After checkout, we send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. The acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; our sales contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be processed or a genuine pricing error affects your order, we will contact you promptly. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund any payment taken for it.

Delivery

Delivery charges, estimated times and delivery support are explained in our Shipping policy. Any delivery date expressly agreed with you remains binding. We remain responsible for goods in transit until you, or your nominated recipient, takes physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently appointed by you.

Cancellations, returns and problems

See our Return and refund policy for our 30-day voluntary return offer, statutory cancellation rights and faulty-goods remedies. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Dispatch may prevent us from changing it, but your applicable cancellation rights remain.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy policy explains the handling of personal information. Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Our content and branding may not be reproduced commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes your statutory consumer rights. Irish law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in your country of residence. Contact us using the details above so we can investigate a complaint.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
